seit März 2026 habe ich einen Kona SX2 EV.
Das Smartphone ist ein Samsung Galaxy A55 5G.
Alle paar Wochen wird die Bluetooth-Kopplung zwischen Kona und Smartphone getrennt.
Kennt jemand das gleiche Phänomen und hat Tipps parat, was ich tun kann?
Ich habe die Tage notiert, als Kopplung und Trennung erfolgt sind.
Es sieht fast so aus, dass spätestens nach genau 4 Wochen eine Trennung erfolgt.
Do. 19.03.2026 Smartphone gekoppelt, zum ersten Mal (Auto neu)
Fr. 17.04.2026 automatisch entkoppelt (genau 4 Wochen nach letzter Kopplung)
Fr. 17.04.2026 Smartphone wieder gekoppelt
Mi. 29.04.2026 automatisch entkoppelt (12 Tage später)
Do. 30.04.2026 Smartphone wieder gekoppelt
Fr. 01.05.2026 automatisch entkoppelt, nachdem das CUBE E-Bike neu gekoppelt wurde

Fr. 29.05.2026 automatisch entkoppelt (genau 4 Wochen nach letzter Kopplung)

Zuvor hatte ich einen Kona OS EV.
Dort fing das Problem schon an, dass alle paar Wochen die Bluetooth-Kopplung getrennt wurde. (Aber nicht von Anfang an.)
Beim Kona OS EV war es so:
Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G > Keine Bluetooth-Probleme
Samsung Galaxy A54 5G > Bluetooth-Kopplung wurde alle paar Wochen getrennt
Samsung Galaxy A55 5G > Bluetooth-Kopplung wurde alle paar Wochen getrennt
